From an ambition to an institution that works.
For education providers, government entities, investors and organisations building learning, training and workforce programmes in the UAE and beyond. We turn an ambition, or a partnership opportunity, into a clear institutional model, a plan to deliver it and the academic, government and industry relationships that make it real.
Institutions, capability and partnerships built for long-term impact, not for the launch announcement.
Education providers
Founding a new institution, repositioning an existing one, or rethinking what you teach and for whom.
Government entities
Workforce and capability programmes that connect education with national employment priorities.
Investors
Weighing an education or training opportunity, here or entering the UAE, and needing to know whether the model holds.
Organisations
Building training, leadership and learning programmes for your own people, with partners who can deliver them.
A model, a plan and the people to deliver it.
An institution or a programme is easy to admire on paper and hard to stand up. We work through the three things that make it real: an institutional model with a clear purpose, operating model and governance; an implementation plan that someone can actually run; and the network of universities, government entities, employers, research centres, technology providers and international institutions it will depend on.
model
plan
A defined strategic review, support to build a programme or a partnership, or continuing advice and stakeholder coordination. Academic approval, accreditation and licensing stay with the institution and its authorities.
Institutional strategy & development
Purpose, priorities, operating model, governance and a growth path for a new or evolving institution, with a roadmap to get there.
Programme & portfolio strategy
A programme portfolio built around what learners need, what the workforce demands and where the institution wants to stand. Accreditation and quality assurance stay with the institution and its regulators.
Institutional review
An independent look at strategy, structure, partnerships and programme relevance, turned into practical recommendations and an agreed action plan.
Workforce development & applied learning
Training and capability programmes that connect education with employment, organisational performance and national workforce priorities.
Executive education & leadership
Leadership programmes, professional education and sector-specific training, developed and delivered with qualified academic partners.
Digital learning & AI in education
Technology-enabled learning, AI literacy and the responsible use of new tools in teaching, administration and decision-making.
University, government & industry partnerships
Finding and building collaborations between universities, government entities, employers, research centres, technology providers and international institutions.
Innovation, entrepreneurship & incubation
Innovation centres, entrepreneurship programmes, applied research partnerships and incubators that move ideas from education into commercial or social use.
International market entry
For education and training organisations entering the UAE or seeking regional partners: opportunity assessment, stakeholder mapping, partnership development and local coordination.
Led by someone who has built institutions, not only advised them.
Dr. Tayeb Kamali
Dr. Kamali is one of the UAE's established leaders in higher education, applied research, training and institutional development. At the Higher Colleges of Technology and the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training he built education, professional training, applied technology and industry-partnership initiatives at national and regional scale: workforce programmes with government entities, international academic relationships, technology-enabled learning, and education models designed around economic and employment needs.
He chairs the Board of Trustees of the Abu Dhabi School of Management, guiding its direction in entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, sustainability, business analytics and AI-related management education. His contribution to education has been recognised with France's Ordre des Palmes Académiques and an honorary Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Waterloo. That experience, and the network that came with it, is what K&K brings to institutional work.
K&K provides strategic, commercial and implementation support within an agreed mandate. Academic, accreditation, licensing and regulatory responsibilities remain with the institution and appropriately appointed specialists.
